By commissioning me in any kind of way you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Please read fully before commissioning me, failure to do so might result in your commission being retracted or declined.

 

General Terms

You must be 18 years old or older to request adult themed commissions (proof of age will be required). All commissions by default are for personal use  and are non-commercial. If you wish to use the commission for commercial use (this includes merch) there will be an additional licensing fee and you must let me know before I start the commission. If you fail to do so I will remove any and all rights you have to the pieces. I preserve the right to use for my OWN personal use, this is non-negotiable.

 

Any gifts or reward commission CANNOT be used for commercial use and are for personal use ONLY. I retain all rights to these pieces and they CANNOT be purchased.

 

You will never receive the psd or blender files. ONLY pngs and package files will be sent to you.

 

Commission Guidelines

While I have a very open mind and will do my best to accommodate your commission there are some things that are not negotiable and are listed below.

 

What I Will Create:

• Humans and Pets

• Couples and Groups

• NSFW and Lewd

 

What I Won’t Create:

• Underage Lewd

• Underage NSFW

• Vulgarity or Hate

• Extreme Gore or Violent

• Extreme Fetishes
   

References are allowed to be sent and are encourage. When referencing another artist work I will only take the pose, colors, clothing likeness, facial expression, hair style, and animal/creature likeness. These must not come from the same image unless it is a photograph of yourself or a family member. An exception will be made for characters from MMOs like World of Warcraft as long as they are not npc’s. I will not use their art style nor will I just redo their character to your liking. I will NOT copy another artist work.

 

Please note that if you are commissioning me for Twitch & Youtube graphics they have their own rules about lewdness and it is your responsibility to know them before requesting commission. I will not redo an emote because it was rejected for lewdness.

 

Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

All payments are to be made via Paypal in USD. Do not send payment on your own. An invoice will be sent with pricing and must be paid within 10 business days or the commission will be cancelled. Work will not be started until payment has been made!!! If your commission is  cancelled due to no payment you must submit the commission again and be put up for review before accepted again. You may request a quote to get a proper price on you commission at any time by contacting with the details of what you are looking for to be done.

 

Additional Charges:

• All 18+ themed content will come with an additional charge. This includes nudity and sexual content along with extreme levels of lewdness.

• Groups of 3 or more characters will have an additional charge each additional character.

• Complex content including character design, poses, and animations will have an additional charge.

 

Refunds can be requested at any time. Full refunds are issued only before the start of the work, you will be notified when work starts. If commission is being cancelled during the creation process refunds will be calculated depending on how far along in the process the commission is. I reserve alright to still continue the work after you cancel to use for myself.

 

If you issue a chargeback after the work is complete,  it will be disputed and you will be blasted all over warning others about you with full links to your social medias, youtube channel and twitch channel. Don’t Be A Dick!

 

Don’t even bother to ask  to work for exposure! I do not work for free!

 

Payment Plans

A payment plan may be granted on commissions over $100 and large packages. The commission will start once %50 of payment has been received. Refunds and cancellations will only be allowed until 5 days after the commission has started. After the 5 day window no refunds will be will issued and I reserve the right to continue the work and use for myself.

 

Commercial Use

All commissions by default are priced at non-commercial use. A addition fee of 50% of the commission price will be added for commercial use. If the commission is for twitch emotes the commercial use fee is already included in the package.

 

Process

If you choose to commission for work I will review it before accepting or declining. Before I decline I will contact you to let you know why and if there is any changes you are willing to make in order for me to accept. Once accepted you will be contacted for more detail and any reference images. Once your commission comes up on the waiting list you will receive an invoice for payment. Once payment has been arranged  work will start.

 

First sketches will be done and sent to you to be approved. You will have 5 business days to approve them, after that time no changes will be made and work will continue. If acceptable updates of the commission will be sent. If the commission is lived streamed you will receive information about when it will aired. Once the commission is completed a download link will be sent to you via email.

 

The completion of you commission could take up to a few weeks to a month depending on many factors that include: health, order of commission, complexity, work, and family.

 

I will do whatever I can to ensure my client is absolutely satisfied with their commission.

 

Copyright/Usage Policy

As the artist I hold the rights to the drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted pieces to promote myself with any site or place. I am allowed to display in anyway or anywhere I wish to share it.

 

The commissioner is allowed to use the copyright pieces for their personal use only unless agreed otherwise. They can print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. They can use the work to promote themselves with the proper credit given, Twitch panels credits are available to download.

 

If you break the copyright infringement in anyway, ever right you have will be retracted!

 

The following are considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing the artwork for profit.

• Taking credit of the piece.

• Removing any watermarks/signatures.

• Altering the commission without my consent.
